Fascia Board Installations & Upgrades
The fascia board is the long, straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof and comes in many colours.
The fascia is fixed directly to the roof trusses and usually does all the work of supporting the bottom row of tiles and carrying all the guttering. Gutters are attached to the Fascia Boards.
Soffit Boards Installations & Upgrades
The soffit board is tucked away under the fascia board.
Your soffit is structurally integral to your roof, so when and if it should get damaged you’ll want a quality repair.
It is usually the board that you see most of from street level. The soffit can be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the roof area. Alternatively, ventilation can be provided over the top of the fascia board. Many people prefer the latter solution these days. Without adequate ventilation, condensation will form in the roof void increasing the risk of timber decay.

Guttering has several different designs such as:
Square Gutter, Round Gutters, Ogee, and Deep Flow Guttering.
All of these designs are available in White UPVC, Brown UPVC, Black UPVC, and Caramel UPVC, the Black and brown PVC Guttering is co-extruded with a White interior and is the solution to the problems associated with rapid heat absorption and expansion of dark plastic gutter profiles.
